Depending on the nature of employment you are seeking you may need to provide an up-to-date CV. If you contact one of our offices they will be able to advise you – you can submit a CV on-line if you wish to.
You can register for work at any stage of your current employment situation, whether looking for a move, re entering the workplace or unemployed - and for permanent or temporary positions.
There is no charge for registering with us.
You will need to bring along the following when you register:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (Passport or Birth Certificate/Work Permit/Visa together with proof of your NI number eg. Wage slip)
- Copy of your CV (if not already submitted)
- Details of 2 referees (one work, one character)
- Certificates or proof of qualifications
- Reading glasses, if worn, as you may be required to complete some skills tests
Candidates registering for temporary work also need to bring:
- National Insurance Number
- Bank details as temporary wages are paid directly into your bank account
